Nutritional Evaluation and
Suggestions:
Ellie will ask you to
identify your health goals, then keep a food diary
for at least three days, tracking food types and
amounts eaten including (of course) all snacks and
drinks. Then she will evaluate it for macro
nutrients and potential for general
health-inflammation- for weight loss -if that’s your
goal- and make suggestions that will help move you
toward your goals.

Exercise Evaluation and
Suggestions:
Ellie will evaluate your
exercise program, based on your goals, your health,
and any limitations. She asks that you send a
current full body photo, fill out a questionnaire
and describe your current activities to help with
this process. She’ll make recommendation of
activities, exercises, and equipment where
appropriate.

Meal Planning and Recipe
Development:
Beginning with lists of
foods and ingredients you like, Ellie will help you
design some meal plans that help you reach your
goals.
